The Swan Bar team brings hands-on experience from major public events and some of the UK’s best-known event venues.
Our experience includes VW Whitenoise at the Norfolk Showground and working at Silverstone during Formula 1 and MotoGP events.

Our modular bar system can be configured around your venue and expected attendance, with multiple service and till points available for larger events to help keep queues moving during peak periods.

A marquee is available as part of your Swan Bar event setup where a substantial covered bar area is required.
We’ll select an appropriate marquee based on the size, layout and requirements of your event, allowing the bar, equipment and service areas to work together as one complete operation.

Our larger configurations can incorporate multiple till and serving points, while drinks menus can be tailored and streamlined where appropriate to maximise serving speed.
